Kaffeeklatsch

Kaffeeklatsch is a weekly event allowing speakers of German, Dutch, and Yiddish to gather over snacks and coffee. This get-together offers speakers the chance to practice their language skills through casual conversation in a relaxed environment. It also provides a forum for participants to meet which contributes to the construction of a growing community with shared interests. The event is open to faculty, current, former, and future students with an interest in German studies, Dutch, and Yiddish: alle sind herzlich eingeladen!

Fall 2019: Wednesdays, 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the German Department Library (Dwinelle 5337).

Participants are highly encouraged to bring their own coffee mug!
