Bio/CV:
Lukas Siebeneicker is a graduate student in the Department of German. His research interests include 19th- to 21st-century Germanophone literature, film, and thought, with a particular emphasis on the transatlantic circulation of critical theory.
Lukas received his B.A. in Comparative Literature and North American Studies from Freie Universität Berlin in 2026 and has been a visiting student at UC Santa Barbara. Alongside his studies, he has worked for the Goethe-Institut Chicago, Die Zeit, and The European Correspondent. His research has been supported by grants from the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).
