    Irmengard Rauch and Thomas Shannon organized the 2010 Berkeley Germanic Linguistics Roundtable, supported by the Max Kade Foundation and the UC Berkeley Center for German and European Studies.

    The Roundtable featured 45 faculty and graduate student presenters from England, France, Japan, Germany, Italy, Korea, Armenia, Sweden, Norway, Belgium and the USA; 14 presenters represented the Berkeley German Department.
